Prices are based on one bedroom and one bathroom. £15 additional for each extra bathroom.

Please note: Oven, extractor, carpet, windows, and upholstery cleaning are not included in the standard service. These areas require specialist equipment and techniques to meet landlord/agent expectations, which is why we work with trusted professionals who can be booked separately if needed.

Deep Clean

(Minimum 6 hours)

Deep Cleaning for the Entire Home

💳 Day rate - £325 / £450 2 day

  • All surfaces wiped and disinfected

  • Dust and vacuum all areas

  • Taps – removal of limescale if possible

  • Internal windows and window sills

  • Doors: Wipe down doors and doorframes for fingerprints and smudges.

  • Rubbish bins – Wipe out and clean

  • Spot clean on walls if removable

  • Sofas and chairs – Vacuum all sofas and chairs

  • Cabinets/Drawer cleaned (internal external)

  • Cleaning of all floors – vacuum and mop

  • Skirting boards

  • Mirrors

  • Removal of limescale in areas where possible

Kitchen Cleaning

  • All kitchen surfaces

Builders Construction Clean

Our After-Build Clean takes your project from construction to completion.

Every surface, vertical and horizontal will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, removing dust, debris, fingerprints, paint splatters, and all traces of construction.
